This warranty does not include labor, wearable parts or damaged parts from accidents, abuse, or shipping.
Kipor carries a two year warranty on Kipor generators purchased for home use. Commercial warranty is one year. We are an authorized Kipor repair/Service center and can handle our local customer generator issues in our shop. Just call 740-329-3004 or email service@RAEMotorSports.com. You will need your sales receipt from an authorized Kipor dealer, and serial number.
Redcat Racing Warranty
Do to the nature of the Redcat Racing nitro cars no warranty is offered.
All products we sell are completely inspected before we ship them to you.
If units are received damaged, you will need to file a claim with the shipping company that delivered the product. After you file the claim contact us so we can help with the replacement of damaged parts.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all S&H charges incurred for returning any products.
- Simply email us, with the problem and we will send you an RMA number and where to ship your product, if the problem requires you to do so.
- Product is refundable for up to 3 days of delivery date if unused and will be accessed a 15% restocking fee. Unused means no gas or oil has been added to the product or has not been installed and is in new resell-able condition.
- The box must contain all packing, manuals, instructions, accessories, cables, controls and all original materials.
The buyer is responsible for shipping both to and from your location (Items that offer Free Shipping are subject to shipping charges).
If we are in error and ship the wrong product, we will pay for all shipping charges. This does not include colors. There are some times that we are unable to fulfill your first choice in color.
All returns must be e-mailed in advance.
You are responsible for the correct sizing of any generator purchase.
- Warranty time is 30 days from date of receipt (unless otherwise stated). If there is a defective part they will be replaced under warranty free of charge. Email us with any questions you may have regarding defective products.
Items that have been damaged by shipping will result in a claim being filed by you with the shipping company. The result may be a replacement of product or replacement of the damaged parts.
The parts being returned must be obviously defective from the factory.
We do not accept responsibility for misuse or mishandling. Parts that are returned as defective will be inspected and will only be replaced if the defect is factual. In the event the product proves not to be defective, we will return it to the original purchaser at their expense.
Loose parts that fall off are not covered under warranty. Please insure that all the nuts and bolts, locks, fuse covers and other parts are properly fastened prior to usage. The following wear and tear parts are not covered: Tires, flats, bulbs, brakes, chain and seat. Damage due to mishandling, misassembly, misuse, accident, collision or any other cause with the exception of manufacturer defect is not covered by the warranty.
